Frequently Asked Questions

IV therapy is simple. One of our licensed medical professionals will meet you at the location of your choice based on your appointment. Upon arrival, a licensed medical professional will insert a small tube into your vein. This will allow the saline liquid from the hydration pack to enter your bloodstream. In other words, you will replace lost fluids and electrolytes from the IV bag, which will allow you to quickly rehydrate and reap the benefits of our formula.
An IV treatment typically takes between 35 to 45 minutes but varies per specific treatment. However, to create the most relaxing experience, we encourage taking an hour out of your schedule for your IV therapy.
IV hydration therapy is not exactly the same for everyone – the frequency of treatment can differ due to each person's genetics and lifestyle. While some may need regular treatments, others may only seek care intermittently due to food poisoning, hangovers, or migraines. To reap the maximum benefits, our licensed medical staff can tailor your IV treatment based on your needs.
Kindly note that every experience is different, as some people have a higher pain tolerance than others. Nonetheless, we know needles can be a little intimidating, but our medical team is experienced and trained to make the insertion as fast and painless as possible. Most patients would describe it as a tiny pinch, and the rest of the process is “painless.” There are no major side effects, but a small bruise may occur and experience a cooling sensation during treatment.
We do not currently accept private insurance.
The prices vary for each IV hydration therapy, depending on what mixture of vitamins and minerals is included. You can find the specific price for each IV therapy on the individual product pages on our site.
